Neurosurgeon, Dr. Rovshan Khalilzadeh, completed his clinical residency at the Faculty of Medicine and Prevention of Azerbaijan Medical University from 1989 to 1995, and then at the Department of Neurosurgery of Azerbaijan Medical University from 1995 to 1999.
